Power Boat Training

Recognition of Current Competence

Our comprehensive training courses in the management, control, safety and skills for the safe handling of both large cruisers and small runabouts will provide all those who complete the training with the confidence to use their boats in all suitable conditions and ensure your family and guests that they are safe and in good hands.

Courses include:

Power Boat Handling
Inshore and open sea navigation
Boat Management
Cruise planning and preparation
Power Boat Cruising
Yachtmaster ( Power) courses for Inshore, Coastal and Ocean passages

At ENTRY LEVEL you can learn the basics of Power boat Handling with a half day introduction plus 3 half days of skill tuition to gain the Small Power Boat Handling Certificate

At INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED LEVEL in Power Boats(TL5) you can improve your knowledge and skills in

Navigation Safety and Boathandling

At these levels you can gain your Yacht Masters Certificate after acquiring further seatime experience to improve your Boathandling and Seamanship Skills

SAILING YACHTMASTER (W.A.) can help you to establish your starting point and recognize any existing knowledge and experience that you already possess .

All training can be done in your own boat or SAILING YACHTMASTER (W.A.) can provide a suitable vessel.
